FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP??

All orders are scheduled to ship within 24 hours after placing your order.  If you place your order after Friday 6PM EST or on weekends, your order will ship the next business day.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING OPTIONS??

All standard shipping options will arrive within 4-5 days from the time your order is shipped. We also offer Priority Shipping, which will arrive within 2-3 days from the time your order is shipped. If you need it even sooner, please contact us at info@liftsportsgear.com.

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE U.S.??

Yes, we’re definitely able to ship outside the US. Please contact us at info@liftsportsgear.com to arrange shipments outside of the US.

WHAT'S YOUR RETURN POLICY??

You can request an exchange or refund for all unused products within 15 days from your order date. You will be responsible for shipping the product back to us. To request an exchange or refund, contact us at info@liftsportsgear.com or through our form below. Please remember to include your order number and if you would like to exchange the product or receive a refund.
